Joining the team in 2023, Ashtin Markoe has quickly become an integral part of G-Spire Group, bringing nine years of valuable experience in assisting small to mid-sized companies flourish. Her journey in business started early, influenced by her involvement in her family's business, where she developed a passion for enterprise growth and operations. At G-Spire Group, Ashtin is instrumental in both marketing and operations, applying her fresh perspectives and dynamic approach which complements Ryan's strategies, enhancing the group's capacity to drive client success.
Sara Ortins, the Chief of Staff at G-Spire, brings over 15 years of leadership experience, having served as a trusted advisor to CEOs and led human resources functions in previous roles. Her expertise in building strong, high-performing teams and her pivotal role in a successful acquisition in 2018 demonstrate her capability in managing complex processes with focus and professionalism. Sara's strategic input continues to be invaluable in integrating and aligning our team’s efforts towards common goals.
The G-Spire Group team shares a commitment to not only reaching, but also exceeding, the expectations of the businesses they work with. Ryan, an alumnus of the University of Denver and the University of Colorado at Boulder, where he earned his MBA with a focus on Entrepreneurship, enjoys an active outdoor life when away from work. He holds two M&A certifications: Certified Merger and Acquisition Advisor through AM&AA and a M&AP certificate through the IMAA.
